OH man....that's very similar to my thought processes. I imagine one ex's jaw dropping when he sees me, I imagine the other ex asking for me to come back (to which I laugh in his face of course.....) Its a great motivator, isn't it?

I switched to Almond milk strictly because its lower calorie than 1-2% milk, but tastes better than skim. The only thing I really use it for though, is to mix with my carnation instant breakfasts when I need a low calorie, highly nutritious snack

My scale was doing that, 5 pound changes in 30 seconds. I bought a new scale (probably could have gotten away with a new battery, but this one does fat analysis!)

#1 if you think you are being passed over because of your health, I think that's illegal #2 losing 70 pounds SHOULD make you look better to an employer, it shows that you have determination and are willing to work hard toward a goal #3 congratulations on your weight loss!

I can put on size 16s without sucking in (started at 22s) There was a picture circulating work of my son and I at a volunteer event and I wasn't mortified to look at myself (and it was candid..you know what that means...I didn't have time to suck in and pose) My coworker said someone was checking me out on Monday :)

#1 emotional/bored eater #2 during my marriage, my ex didn't trust me at all....and I was unhappy, so I was tempted several times to stray. It was easier to get fat, so no one was interested in me, than face the reasons I was tempted.

I'm currently loving the Lean Cuisine Thai, Garlic Chicken, and Fiesta spring rolls. 3 rolls, 200 calories. All 3 varieties are SO full of flavor, it doesn't feel like I'm eating a low calorie food! Sometimes, depending how late and how hungry I am, I will add a Chobani yogurt or piece of fruit.
