side planks (aka hell)
Anyone have suggestions on how to keep my wrists from hurting so bad when doing side planks? Or is there hope that as I get stronger my wrists will to? Advise?

How do you know?
How do you know when it time to increase your calories? I have been eating 1200 calories since January, lost 36 pounds, but now I have been stuck for the last month or so. I'm so afraid of increasing my calories and getting fat again :(

Calorie goals vs BMR
I just found the tools section and calculated my BMR, which is around 1700. But when MFP calculates my goal calories it gives me 1300. I don't understand this at all. Can someone explain the difference? Thanks
