Call me crazy, but I love my CVS Brand Whey Protein Powder. The chocolate has a pretty good taste, protein content, and is easy on the wallet. I also like EAS Vanilla Protein, Muscle Milk Light, and LeanShakes from GNC!

I love my Lifetrak! It's waterproof and they have several options available. I have the simplest and cheapest option that doesn't connect to my phone, but it still tracks calories, sleep, steps, and distance as well as your heart rate and it can track workouts as well! Great deal and I think I prefer it to the fitbits!

Healthy weight loss ranges between 1-2 lbs per week. You shouldn't try to overdo that amount because you're more likely to keep it off it you slowly lose it in a healthy way versus crash dieting. Great thank you for all the advice! I'm going to shoot for about 1500 calories a day and see if that lowers my hunger! If not, I'll add a little more :)

My starting weight was at 216, but I'm down to 206 now! My goal is to be at 155 this time next year, and eventually 135! Glad to see some similar goals in the group :)

I weigh in on Saturdays since Focus T25 requires it to be "STATSurday"! Age: 20 Height: 5'7 Weight when I started this challenge: 209.8 Current Weight: 205.7 CGW: 195 by Christmas (fingers crossed) UGW: Anything under 160 which is a healthy weight for my height! (Hopefully by Christmas 2014!!!)
