Everyone should do what works for them. I sometimes buy clothes that are a little too small. Usually only when I'm in between two sizes, then I'll go with the smaller. I also have a few things from years (and many pounds) ago that I hope to fit into one day.

lululemon ta ta tamer, or the under armour bra. Both come in cup sizes so its not just S, M, L, I find that helps. Both are about 60 dollars, expensive but they last forever, and I only have to wear 1 at a time.

I like boom-chicka-pop popcorn, its really good and only 35 cals/cup. It comes in sea salt and lightly sweet (more like a kettle corn). Both are delicious. I also like sugar free jello, only about 10 calories, although its a little less filling.

Definitely check your friends diaries, I also like skinnytaste.com for ideas. I really like roasted veggies especially broccoli and cauliflower, sausage and peppers, and salads.

Thanks for the replys, all! I'm restarting a running program after an injury left me unable to do it for a few weeks, I think I'll change it up for the first few weeks and experiment with both until I decide but it seems like I'm leaning towards outside
