I'm planning on a joining a gym early next week that has a pool. I'd like to use it a couple days a week (on the days I'm not running) to get in some cardio and do something that will give my knees a chance to rest in between runs. Is it ok to do the same thing every day?
Topic pretty much says it all, is it ok to do the same thing at the gym everyday, or should I be switching up my routine. Usually, I do some kind of elliptical everyday, then the stair master, and then either a bike, or free weights. Is it more effective if I change it up more? Say, work in a treadmill or something?
