Are you on any new medications other than that probiotic? Sometimes medications can cause weight issues. What is your goal set to? 1230 even if you are eating a few hundred back seems a little low for a 5’10” woman. If you only have 10 pounds to lose, maybe set your goal to lose 0.5 pound/week and eat back only 100…

I have the Apple Watch series 3 with GPS & LTE, and consistently get 3 days on a full charge. The Smart Watch still has 7-10 % charge left at the end of day 3. Here is a recent screenshot showing the time I last got as well as the remaining battery percentage left before I put it on the charger. Sometimes I’ll use the…

For those having ^ this issue with the Watch, try a soft reset. If that doesn’t work disconnect from your iPhone and re-pair it again. Sometimes when an update comes out either with the Watch or the phone it can be corrupt. Usually going through the setup process again will fix it. That is definitely not normal for any…

No one on here can give you an honest answer to your question as everyone is different and what happens in one persons case won’t be the same for you. If are going to your doctor yearly for check ups, he/she would probably be able to answer this question better than anyone here. I lost weight 5 years ago and got very lean…

I have the 42mm Apple Watch 3 with Cellular. Because of the larger battery I’m able to go 3 days on a charge. I don’t bother tracking things like miles or steps. I mostly use it to track my HR during my high intensity workouts. I keep all my music in the watch so I can go out and do activities without bringing my phone…

I don’t connect my Apple Watch 3 with MFP, but I’ve read a few posts on here that say their fitness tracker is syncing again.

I’m currently doing T-25 and since there isn’t much of a warmup with this program I like to do a few stretches and light jogging 5 minutes before I start it.
