I’ve been on Synthroid for over 20 years and during that period I was only on the same dose for about 5 years. Your dose is based off of your Thyroid levels. Which is why it’s good to keep getting them checked yearly even if your dose hasn’t changed in a while. It’s good to know the symptoms of hyperthyroidism as well as…

I’ve been maintaining for 5 years and don’t bother with calorie counting unless I go over 5 lbs. or I’m changing something in my diet.
-
For me it’s +/- 5 pounds. More than 5 and I start watching my calorie intake for a while.
-
I would just set your goal to lose .5lbs a week and eat the amount that Mfp recommends until you are where you would like to be at.
-
Ruth, this usually happens to me as well for a week or so after switching up my workout routine. I’ve become used to this now at 5 years of maintaining.
-
I don’t hate them, but I also would never use them unless I was unable to ever get to the store. My husband and I usually go food shopping together after our big family dinner on Sunday.
-
I eat a lot of eggs, and egg whites. As well as Greek Yogurt for lunch and a bedtime snack.
-
My coffee maker. Can’t survive without it!!
-
I mix flax, chia seeds and almonds in my Fage plain Greek Yogurt. Also mix some PB 2 in once in a while as well.
-
I’ve never been to PF, but they might offer trainers there that you can work with till you get a routine that you are comfortable with.
-
If you haven’t already done this, try disconnecting Apple health from MFP. Delete MFP app. Download it again and reconnect both apps.

Finish Insanity Max 30. I’m in week 2. I’d also like to do a new weight lifting program afterwards.
-
No resolutions. Simply eat well and exercise as I always do.
-
I’m currently in week 2 of Insanity Max 30. Started on Christmas Day.

Eat a few things that are high in protein and fiber. You can make a low cal, egg and cheese omelette with veggies mixed in.
-
I bought the iPhone X, and the GPS+Cellular Apple Watch 3 Nike edition.

I usually don’t eat out much because I prefer my own cooking. However, when I do go out to eat with my children and husband I ask for a second plate and split my meal in half. Due to having GURD, and a hiatal hernia I can’t eat big meals. If you are worried about too many calories you can do the same thing. Just because…

Try setting a different goal now. Such as a fitness related goal, and focus on that instead.

I got the Apple Watch 3 Nike GPS+Cellular version this month and it is spot on with my step count. I’ve had them all and this one seems to be the best in terms of accuracy. It even does a great job of tracking my HR and sleep thanks to the “AutoSleep” that I’m using. I had the Fitbit Ionic for a day or 2 to compare it to…

Think Thin low GI protein bars and Eggs.
-
I like the low GI Think Thin protein bars. They are Gluten Free and don't give me any GI troubles afterwards.
-
Bananas, as they don't play nice with my GI system.
-
I exercise 60 to 90 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
-
Fitbit will be coming out with a new smart Watch type tracker soon if that is something that interests you. If not, the Charge 2 is very good.
-
I walk/run outdoors daily. I simply dress in layers when it gets colder outside. If it's really raining hard I walk inside a nearby Mall.
-
I've only done it once.
-
Greek yogurt. I add some seeds and nuts in mine everyday for added protein.
-
Bottled water, plain.

First, one does not join WW because they need to "gain" weight. ;) Second, I don't have any health issues and power lift at the gym 2 to 3 days per week. I definetly have seen a big difference in muscle definition as well as an increase in my lift amounts. I am able do keep track of my macros during the few times that I do…
