5 pounds for me. If I start to get a little thick, I eat a little less.2

To explain further : my daily fluctuations vary but month on month my weight stays the same (125lbs) so I can see as high as 128 and then it'll settle back 125 again..0

+/- 2 pounds. I'm small so I think that's why the fluctuation is smaller than others. The report feature where you see you weight trend for 30 or 90 days is extremely helpful in keeping you honest.1

Only been maintaining 4 weeks and have bounced around by 4 pounds but only hit the extremes once; all the rest within 3. That's total range, so +/- 2; I have been pretty stable. Weigh every other day.0
