Rapid and healthy weight loss aren't exactly synonymous.
What are your stats? How much are you wanting to lose?3 -
Skipping meals will put you in a deficit needed for weight loss. However, I’d recommend spreading your calories out through the day so you don’t get overly hungry.1

That depends on the amount of calories eaten elsewhere though. I could easily eat my daily calories for breakfast, lunch and snacks up to dinner time. Whilst I was putting weight on that was exactly what I was doing but eating dinner as well.0
