I found at first I was cheating myself, calling things like my walk to lunch "exercise". To me it is all math. If you reduce your calories to less than your resting metabolic rate you will eventually loose weight. A pound is 3500 calories, reduce by 500 a day and you loose a pound a week, 1000 and that is 2 pounds a week.…

Yes, your resting metabolic rate is about 14 x current weight. 1 pound equals about 3500 calories. what I wish I could log is my 3 sets of stomach crunches I do throughout the day but they are strength and I do not have any idea how many cals that is.

I log my daily walk to lunch. Its usually 20 minutes and i walk fast. 35 cals is 35 cals. I also underestimate calorie intake. I do not log taking a shower.

did I mention I have no leg strength so your guys 60 minutes ellipticals sure seems out of reach for me lol plus I am only eating 1250 cals a day plus exercise calories. ;-)

I feel like a pig, I use (in one serving) 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/4 cup crushed walnuts (anti-oxidant) and a teasopoon of honey. 400 calories but I'm not hungry till lunchtime ha ;-)

I eat almonds because my doctor mentioned them as a good source of nutrition. I also add 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts in my oatmeal 2 - 3 times a week. They are high in anti-oxidants....

My calorie intake for my weight gain loss was based on my original weight and metabolic rate. When I went back into the tools menu it allowed me to reset all that original information and adjusted my calorie allowance down from 1280 to 1250 a day. Otherwaise I assume your weight loss rate would decrease over time.

I assume you have adjusted your calorie intake adjusting for the 50 lbs you already lost? I do mine every 10 lbs. also maybe change your type of exercise to attack a different set of muscles?? I'm new and no expert....
