If you're not giving yourself time to recover, how do you expect to keep up the volume and intensity? Your form is pretty good. Bar path and speed are good. Depth is more than enough. I would suggest turning around in the rack tho, will make the re-rack much easier esp as you progress.

I track my sugar, but I'm only really concerned with added sugars and thats mostly because I'd rather get those extra calories elsewhere. Sugar from fruits doesn't bother me.

Just this morning I decided to try on my very expensive, only so adjustable lifting belt that I had grown out of even on its biggest setting. Today two notches tighter and there is still room to tighten. Beautiful day.

As many alarms as my iPhone allows. I also set an alarm on my work phone and set it across the room so I have to get out of bed to turn it off.

I'm lucky enough to have a job where I can bring a gallon of work with me to sip on all day. Beside that tho...I have a daily competition with a friend to drink a gallon of water. Not really to see who drinks it faster, but just to make sure each other gets it done each day.

Grilled chicken, rice and broccoli. Basically everyday. Very bro and very boring but its so easy to prep in mass and I usually change around my other meals to give me variety.

When you say you are limiting your carbs, are you replacing the calories with proteins or fats or just taking them out? If you are not replacing those calories you are just creating a bigger deficit and losing more weight. If thats the case you can just tune your macros a bit so you don't have to go low carb all the time.
