Night time cravings

Hi all. I'm on my weight loss journey but struggle with night time cravings. Any ideas that have worked for people out there?

    I used to struggle with this too, binge eating disorder. I deal with this now with "mindful eating" and meditation and if I am truly hungry, I will have a yogurt just to settle any hunger pangs and help me to sleep.

    Just save a few macros/calories for a night time snack.

    I struggle with this also, almost every evening.

    Today I have only 7 calories left and I seem to always want to eat something before I go to bed. I am going to try to drink a cup of green tea tonight and see if that helps.

    It does not help that my husband snacks all evening long!!! But I do know I am responsible for my own actions!

    I have this same problem. I'm going to use the yogurt trick.

    I should mention that I do keep baby carrots in my refrigerator. Eating vegetables really helps, but today I used up more calories than usual because I was invited out and my husband bought "us" a smoothie to share.
