  • Thank you everyone ...I've just read else where that i should put my activity level as 'no activity' and then let fit bit work out how many calories I've burnt doing my walking and then eat back some of them when they are added to my diary as exercise...
  • Sorry that should have said 200! I'm just confused as mfp thinks I'm doing light activity so where do these extra calories come from. I'll try edit to show 200 not 700
  • I'd like to thank you for sticking up for me. Too many negative comments I want support not people telling me my chances are 'slim' at keeping the weight off! The same could be said to anyone, if you go back to your old eating habbits you will gain the weight!

  • I DON'T want to just lose weight for a wedding! Don't you know having a goal is the number one reason for a successful weight loss. The end of the year I'm a bridesmaid, can't think of a better goal than that.

  • Am I best to increase my calories and protein first? Once I'm up to so much I could then re-introduce carbs slowly? I am in ketosis at the moment, so I want to make sure I do things gradually? Without a big weight gain which I know people get when they start on the carbs.
