60K calories is not 60,000 calories if that is what you are thinking! 60K calories is the same as 60 calories! And this American lady is curious about these "digestive biscuits"!

Are you drinking plenty of water??? Dehydration can contribute to both of those.

oh my goodness! so do I!!! And you're timing of this post is amazing. Just had soup tonight and was sweating something fierce and was contemplating it. Good for you! I love it... waaaay better than the standard go-to of Ramen ; )

That truly is such a great idea! Sounds like great fun : )

Yes, but for me it is reversed. I was always thin and now I am 50+ pounds overweight. That reality and the road I have ahead of me to change it is very overwhelming! Looking back at pics of me from the very recent past helps me to know that it is possible to be that person again!!!

Yep!

soup! pretty much any kind.

that is 2 lbs. Daily fluctuations are quite normal. Whatever you did last night can be redeemed by learning from your mistakes and starting fresh.

Yes, that is very much my problem as well. Once I get into a good pattern I do great, but if for some reason I get out of that routine, even for a short time, it is very hard to get started again. That has always been the hard part for me. I have no real tricks for ya unfortunately. For me, what usually works is once I do…

I was trying to point out what a shame it is that people who lack knowledge are being tricked into thinking they are doing something good for themselves. For example, the little…
