  • I cook it then separate it into containers with black beans, corn, fresh tomatoes, Jalapeno and when i ready to eat it I drizzle little balsamic on it. I usually fix about 3-4 bowls and eat them for my lunch throughout the week.

  • so yummy I did this the other night for the first time and my husband loved it. I used fat free milk in mine omitted the butter. I also used Mrs Dash in mine it really was good I will do this again thats for sure better than mashed potatoes.
  • I could be wrong but I weigh my meat when its raw.. and some for my pasta just read the serving size on the pasta I think it says something like serving size 2 oz dry. I know after you cook it you have more like 4 oz so i only take out 2 oz. I may be really wrong on it all. If I am someone please let me know as well
  • I do Leslie Sansone walk at home video's. I love the 4 mile super challenge one. She combines walking with some other steps throwed in side stepping and knee lifts. I love her vidoes. I have to be careful because my knee's are not real strong and I can her workouts with no problems.

  • I do the same thing. I think ok wonder how many calories is in this. I am very mindful of what I eat now. Its strange how we can train our minds like that. Before I didnt care how many cal something had in it. Now I am careful not to go over 1300 cal a day. Good luck on your journey.

  • Cali here as well. I have been using the site since feb 15. I am down 20 lbs now. Still have lots to go though. When the weather is nice and not raining i can get in 12 miles of walking a day. I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I love this site. good luck everyone
