Dilemma and egg white suggestions please

I love that this board is so busy because I need some suggestions before breakfast time! :) Tomorrow evening I am eating a substantial size piece of cake (since this one is going to be my favourite kind, I am eating it! Simple as that! :)) I am also having a Subway sub tomorrow (while everyone else is having McDonald's), and my veggie sub works out to be about 390 calories. Those two items will be consumed within an hour or less and they will take about half of my daily calories or more tomorrow. Sooooooooooo.....I need some low cal yummy breakfast ideas with my egg whites that need to be eaten soon anyway. Does anyone have any suggestion???

    Mix them w/as many veggies as you like/have and YUM! Either scrambled or baked in a muffin tin.
  • I have been having egg whites with 1/4 of yellow bell peppers and 1/4 zucchini. I love and I feel really full when i am done eating

    Omelet. Throw in some cheese, green peppers and mushrooms. Salsa on top after cooking. Yum.

    Try mixing the eggs with some spinach, tomatoes, lean ground turkey, and whatever other veggies you like. Or just the turkey and a bit of salsa is tasty too!

    Of course, you could sneak in a little workout so you can up your calories a bit! That's what I do when I want a treat.

    salsa.. just a tablespoon goes a long way.. if you've got the calories add a sprinkle of cheese..

    scrambled eggs eggs with a dollup of plain greek yogurt + spinach and salsa = deliciousness

    4 egg whites, along with turkey breast an oz or 2 and it will be around 100 cal.

    I saw this the other day, but I can't remember where, so I can't give credit where credit is due...

    1/2 cup smashed up banana
    1/4 cup egg white
    little bit of vanilla

    Mix it all up - cooks like a pancake!

    Unbelievable!!! I add a tiny touch of Hershey's syrup!!

    I was pretty skeptical, but it is good and tasty and low calorie! Filling, too.
