  • I'm falling back on days. However, my left knee starts popping once in a while. I'm thinking it has to do with certain exercises. What substitute exercises can I use for the squatting with weights in the air?
  • Thank you. I figured if that was true it wouldn't be like omg no nutrition in the veggies it's been exposed to air. I usually do keep the chopped veggies in the fridge no more than 3 days anyway :-)
  • L1d2 completed yesterday!!! I was also thinking of doing before pics but seeing as I have no full length mirror it'll be kind of hard. So I might just do a full size picture in clothes at work and wear the same outfit 30ish days later to see a difference
  • I did level one, day one yesterday. I'm semi proud of myself. I had to stop a couple of times for water breaks and couldn't do the bicycle crunches so had to improvise, but I did it. Day 2 today after I come home from work.

  • Bumping.... Just started this on Sunday. Plan to do it every other day and maybe attempt to do the 30 day shred as well.
