Are you tracking your sodium intake? If you are eating a lot of sodium that could be it! Also try to up your water intake!

Are you eating back all your calories that you burn off? That could be a reason too, try for a week to not eat back what calories you burn off and see if that helps! Don't get discouraged, I have been on MFP for a little over a month and am just now starting to really loose weight!! I know you can do it just stick to it…
