I'm the same way with eating, well I ate that brownie, might as well eat four more. Also, for exercise, I'm always too tired, too full or I'll do it later :/ then I feel bad about myself for messing everything up.

Y'all are so sassy. Why do you care that much what other people eat? Everyone's body is different and tolerates foods differently. Get off your high horses and go eat some tofu, cheese, fruit, steak or whatever the heck makes you happy, because guess what!? My dinner tonight doesn't effect any of you, in anyway, whatsoever.

One egg, cooked with onion and ham, topped with tomato, a small amount of cheese and hot sauce. With lots of water and a vitamin.

Vodka with soda water and lime/lemon wedges. Or my personal favorite, straight liquor, and if you need a chaser drink water. Oh, I also like to drink an emergen-c packet to avoid hangovers.

I go over at least once or twice a week, but it is often because I eat a ridiculous amount of fruits, veggies and healthy fats (olive oil, raw nuts/seeds) which although they are healthy calories, they are still calories.

My sister in law cooks and crumbles it and uses it instead of ground beef in her spaghetti sauce. I like to sauté it a little bit and cook it into my fried rice.
