I usually have eggs! I love eggs! I'll do fried, scrambled, and boiled! But, this morning I had oatmeal w/frozen blueberries, which is a freaking AWESOME combo!

One egg, cooked with onion and ham, topped with tomato, a small amount of cheese and hot sauce. With lots of water and a vitamin.

Pure Protein Banana Cream protein shake. Some days I'll have a Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt and save the shake (or another yogurt) as a mid-morning snack.

Fried eggs or an omelette with cheese would be great, but you have to cook those...

I tried Better Oats Organic Raw Pure & Simple - Bare Oatmeal, 2 pouches for the first time. Had to add a little bit of sweetener and iced french vanilla coffee with Girl Scout Thin Mint Creamer.

I need to get my act together and get up early enough to make some of these egg meals everyone is talking about.. yummy.. love eggs!

My favorite: Three egg whites scrambled with one Morningstar soy sausage patty and a green smoothie: big handful of kale, big handful of spinach, granny smith apple, orange, fresh ginger and lemon, and water to thin. Yum-- only about 300-350 calories -- keeps me satisfied and energized for hours.
