thanks, l looked up an online calculator and it said his calorie requirements for the day were 3500 - and to eat 500 less for weight loss, but to me 3000 sounded way too many??????

never heard of aqua zumba sounds like it would be fun l've done water aerobics at a couple different places and generally it's chest depth exercises and you can keep your hair pretty dry but it gets a bit splashed on, if it's long at all tie it up as much as possible if yo really want to keep it dry

they are out there - l didn't marry one - but l've got some male relatives that are incredible at taking a very active role with their children's lives and the household chores while still working outside the home, makes me jealous sometimes :)

That's part of my frustration, l'm working hard to firm up my butt while his is laying on the couch (after he gets home from work) - have tried to get him to come with me but l couldn't even get him to come for a walk around the block the other night with our boys!

i eat an apple on the drive home and finish my water bottle - all gone within 20 min of finishing my workout! Once l get home it's back into mum mode and l wouldn't get around to having anything if l waited?

I'm in Australia and have the crane hrm from aldi for about a year and l love it (cost about $19) Mine has a chest strap as well as the wrist watch/display. I've never seen frozen zucchini here in Australia? That's not very helpful is it? I love zucchini grilled, stirfry or baked not sure how this translates with frozen version.

even if it had a bruise on it that is usually from a bump and can be cut out without affecting the taste at all - side note l had a child in daycare where l worked long time ago and he wouldn't eat the bruise on banana cause he was convinced he would get a bruise from it? Enjoy and my kids love bananas and we eat them…

if it's working for you why not we are making lifelong changes not on short term 'diets' so has to be something you can maintain and if you love chocolate and can work it into your calories for the day and still be losing weight l'd say - enjoy
