People weren't so addicted to sugary processed products, they did move more than we do:smile: , no cable to watch, no video games to occupy their time, even kids these days sit idle way too long and are inside a lot more than we were as kids.

yes, I'm the same way, I get off track if I don't plan every meal ahead of time, otherwise its so easy to make bad food choices.

I think that is true. And I also never compare myself to others, I'm in a league all by myself. I've lost over 35 lbs so far and I still have 20-26 more to go.. Slowly but surely.

I do dead lifts with a bar 50 lbs on it. Bicep and Triceps 15 lbs. I don't really like to use heavy weights because I just want to tone.

How did you lose your weight? I started at a BMI of 34 and now its a 32, so its coming down slowly but surely.

I had a salad from Jason's Deli. They have the best salad bar in town, and only $7 can't beat it... and also I had small ice cold A & W root beer. I like to treat myself from time to time to a soda once a month.

Its crazy that you have been working out 6 days a week and haven't lost any weight.. I heard the insanity is a hard workout.. There's a man I work with who lost over 80 lbs, but then after a year, had gained it all back because he failed to maintain his diet afterwards... I think losing weight should be more of a life…

I know its so hard to stay away from the sugar, its like an addiction. I have the same problem myself. I'm having the hardest time losing the last 30 lbs and I know its because of my sugar intake.
