Weight loss might well be as simple as calories in vs calories out, but weight alone is not the be all and end all of health. If you ate nothing but McD's but exercised all the excess cals off, you'd have a good chance to still be unhealthy.

I haven't started L3 yet :( I've had a hard 3 days MFP-wise, just no motivation. Trying hard to get back into everything though.

Just did all my measurements and I'm down a further 4.55" and 1lb since the end of L1 :D

Level 1 was everywhere LOL for the first 3 days, then it vanished completely. I'm on L2D3 now and it's my abs and hamstrings this time! I'm hoping it'll go soon too, like it did on L1.

wow, that's great! I measured myself in cm, not inches and when I converted the total (12.5cm) is came out at about 4.9inches, but now that I've converted it all individually, about 1/2 an inch has gone missing somewhere LOL so it looks like I've only lost 4.25" Poop!
