I have always disliked cooked carrots! Every single restaurant serves cooked carrots. Give me raw any day. Oh and not a fan of beets either.

I too add extra to the C25K I have been logging everything using RunKeeper.com I use a HRM as well but runkeeper will estimate calories burned for you. Surprisingly they are lower than my HRM. Edited to add - you don't need a smart phone to use RunKeeper although it is a nice app to have.

Oh boy have I been constipated! I thought it was the Champix I am taking. I have a lot of nausea too but I am putting up with it until I have this under control.

I am glad to see this. Day 6 smoke free for me and I have gained 6 lbs!!!!! The air was a mighty blue this morning with all the swearing I was doing on the scale.:angry: :grumble: :huh: I have been eating more than usual to help stop the nausea from the Champix. This has got to stop!

I can't believe I just found this thread now. I am finishing day 2 without a cigarette. I am taking Champix and it really seems to help. I was a little antsy today and almost on the verge of witchy(cause it censors what I was really feeling :) ) but my hubby was able to get me past that feeling. Not bad considering I have…

Great idea. I use my music a lot to keep me calm when I am driving. If I have a good tune playing stupid drivers don't bother me :laugh:

I am so glad I joined this challenge. I really focused on what I was doing this week with great results! My starting weight Sunday April 24th = 164.2 My ending weight Saturday April 30th = 160 Total loss for week - 4.2 lbs :happy:

I have both and prefer the dvds. The dvds are smooth dances running one right after another with no stopping in between. I just feel like I get a better workout.
