I am so glad I joined this challenge. I really focused on what I was doing this week with great results!

Would like it to have been more, but its acceptable. Easter meant nothing to me calorie-wise, but it was my son's birthday (29) so a really bad calorie day anyway as lasagne is his meal of choice. Rest of the week not too bad. Even forced myself to do the Mission Peak climb - 2000 ft gain in 3 miles (average 25% grade - ugh!).0 -
