    I'm doing well so far this week. (Yes, I realize it's only Tuesday.)
    Clean eating, and I did almost an hour of Wii Fit Boxing, which was another challenge I took on from the MFP message boards.
    Work is getting stressful, though, so I'm trying to continue this good start that I'm on without diving into some vending machine treats.

    I am down. My weight on Sunday (that is my official weigh day) was 224.6.

    Mid week is always hard for me. this will be a good challenge.

    The scale hasn't moved this week so far- but I measrued and lost an inch off my waist!!!!! No wonder the jeans are fitting better

    I am not getting on the scale till at lease Friday. I did kinda horrible on Easter.

    I was actually up a pound this morning, but we ate Cajun last night so I hope a lot of that was Sodium.:noway:

    I'm trying not to weigh myself until Sunday morning. Clothes are fitting much better. Went to the doctor today for a routine physical and I was down a little over 2 pounds since the 19th when I went in for a sinus infection.

    4/24/11 weight was 250.

    I have not weighed since then but any challenge I can have to loose is good! :)

    My starting weight Sunday April 24th = 137.2 (thanks Easter dinner for the extra weight)
    My weight on Saturday April 30th = 135.6
    Your total weight lost for this week = 1.6 pounds!!!!

    I am really happy with this week. I worked hard and am was so happy this morning to see that I had reached 135 this morning when I weighed in. Congrats everyone on your progress this week!
