My main goal for this week is to weigh and measure everything that I eat. I have been "eye balling" portion size for a while, and its not working. I am also going to keep to 1200 net calories a day. I also plan on working out for an hour a day all week.
What are your plans for this challenge?
My goal for the week is to exercise every day. I have some really busy days at work this week as well. but I am going to exercise every day! I am also thinking about putting a sticky note up in the bathroom to remind me. lol Yesterday I made it 18 minutes on the treadmill! I did walking fast about 2.6 then I did a jog at 4.0 for a minute then walked/jog/walk/jog... ect. I jogged 3 times for a total of 3.5 minutes. I haven't ran in years! It actually felt good to do a bit of running!0 -

I'm in! Last week's challenge was my first challenge and it really motivated me!

Oh ad my goal for this challenge is EXERCISE! I've really been slacking on it.. just put in 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight and hoping to keep it up this week!0

I was a saint on easter but had half a chocolate bar yesterday. doh! (It was purely emotional eating)
Undoing that today, worked out this morning, a yummy salad with tofu for lunch!0 -
I'm doing well so far this week. (Yes, I realize it's only Tuesday.)
Clean eating, and I did almost an hour of Wii Fit Boxing, which was another challenge I took on from the MFP message boards.
Work is getting stressful, though, so I'm trying to continue this good start that I'm on without diving into some vending machine treats.0 -
I am down. My weight on Sunday (that is my official weigh day) was 224.6.
Mid week is always hard for me. this will be a good challenge.0 -

The scale hasn't moved this week so far- but I measrued and lost an inch off my waist!!!!! No wonder the jeans are fitting better0

I was actually up a pound this morning, but we ate Cajun last night so I hope a lot of that was Sodium.:noway:0

I'm trying not to weigh myself until Sunday morning. Clothes are fitting much better. Went to the doctor today for a routine physical and I was down a little over 2 pounds since the 19th when I went in for a sinus infection.0
