    I am so glad I joined this challenge. I really focused on what I was doing this week with great results!

    Kind of mad at my scale this morning because my first mini goal for myself is to see 159, and it couldn't even give me 2 ounces? Although I didn't get a chance to workout yesterday and I didn't eat the best so maybe tomorrow.

    Would like it to have been more, but its acceptable. Easter meant nothing to me calorie-wise, but it was my son's birthday (29) so a really bad calorie day anyway as lasagne is his meal of choice. Rest of the week not too bad. Even forced myself to do the Mission Peak climb - 2000 ft gain in 3 miles (average 25% grade - ugh!).

    I do have to say that this loss is not quite as good as it seems as my weight on Sunday was up from eating out on Saturday but, still it is exciting to see the loss.

    WOW i was expecting 1/2 pound a week. But I measured both after large meals, so maybe last sunday I ate more haha. I also didn't log the 10 minutes of yoga I do before bed but... WOW! :O Insanely pleased. Looking forward to next week

    Well....I'm late with posting because I thought the weigh in was today and I was gone all day yesterday. Not happy with the .8 lb weight loss but I'm going to step it up this week. Sounds like everyone did great.

    Im happy at least I lost and didn't gain!!!! Also I see people post there weight with the point something after (ex. 120.8), I never pay attention to that I wonder should I...I just focus on the whole number :/
