Hey everyone. Me again! I am at a point where I need to see some progress for my efforts. We are all around the same height/weight and have the same goals. Wondering if we could start a group where we can support each other and hopefully reach our goals!!

Wow, you and I are very similar in weight & height. I am 47 and am interested in the advice! My 2 week average on fitbit (zip) reports say I burn roughly 2100. I have mfp set at 1500. If I am really active then I will eat the adjustments fitbit gives, but sometimes I don't. What is best??

I started last month, but got quite ill. Am better now and am starting again tonite from the beginning. I don't plan to follow what the book says about calories, going to continue with MFP. I like the workouts. They are easy to follow and don't take a lot of time.

Hey team, how's your week been? I am feeling much better. Had some really early nights this week and caught up on sleep. Plan to work out tomorrow morning and get back into routine. Hope you are all doing well.

Good morning! I have a nice quiet wknd ahead of me. Groceries, daughter's game, typical weekly house keeping and that's it. Went out for dinner last night. I haven't logged it yet, but I am sure I will be over by quite abit. Going to add some extra cardio today after my strength training, anything to help from last night!

I just started this week. I am using the treadmill as I'm a wimp with the ice and cold! I am slow as a turtle, but I'm ok with that.

Ugh, I feel so guilty, cause I didn't workout this morning. :\ Went to bed early last night, but still needed meds and my chest and head were not on the same page this morning. I do see a light though…feeling even just a little better than this time yesterday.

I started using the treadmill for the same reason…weather and dark outside. I break it up on TM by walking/running/incline…any combination. I also try to get outside on weekends for a good long steady run.
