When I read about it I think they said turning the water cold for 20 sec at the end was enough.

You can get a digital cooking scale at wal-mart or any other box store for about $10, it's well worth the money.

Can you drink the milk of that high horse you're on?

I don't pay any attention to how my meat is cooked and just enter the raw calories based off of weight.

Rice is nutrient dense :3

OP calculate your macros again using your goal weight, not current. 125KC 100g is fine.

If it keeps you from the doughnuts then yes. I do 6 oz of baby carrots... feels like a job finishing them off.

Is this for real? $25 for gum? Thought I paid too much for my $3 pack of gum, which is only 10 calories....

The yolk is what makes eggs good for you.

That shake does seem to have a lot of sugar. I personally try and avoid "Drinking" my calories, plus I have a baby bladder. Berries are a decent bang for your buck, I put them in oat meal or eat them for a sack.

Unless your diabetic sugar in fruit is not a balancing act at all.

From the looks of it they are massively over priced, also protein powders don't necessarily help you lose/gain weight.

Chipotle, I get a steak burrito on a tortilla ... none of that burrito bowl nonsense.

I go by this: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156380183 It looks like a lot of reading, but it's not... can even skip to the "Macronutrient Needs" if you know your caloric intake and just want advice on filling it out.

OP is a 19yr old male he could probably cut weight eating 2,500 a day.

I blend 3/4 of a cup of oats and 1 scoop of whey protein and 3g of ground cinnamon then place the powder in a bowl and add 3oz of water to make a thick batter then cook it like a pancake. It's a little bit tougher then real pancake but taste good and very filling.

I've played with the app a lot over the past year and noticed it tends to calculate caloric intake rather aggressively, usually it suggesting you eat a few hundred less then you actually can. Like myself, it said eat 2030, but the first month I ate about 2300-2500 a day and still lost weight each Wednesday when I weighed…
-
Most females are short, you are not. That is why your calories are a few hundred more then most females.
-
You have to measure/weigh the food uncooked before hand because cooking evaporates some of the water making food weigh less. Like 6oz of raw chicken might way 3-5oz cooked.
-
You won't mess up your data as far as the web site or app are concerned, but it's probably best just to accepted it and move on. An if it'd help, I would choose to think of calorie counting as a tool, not a program that must be followed religiously.

Your body needs time to recover so working out everyday of the week isn't ideal, probably get tired of it also. What I do is lift weights 3 times(M,W,F) a week and twice a week i'll do high intensity cardio on Wednesday or Friday and then again on Saturday or Sunday... usually jumping rope for 15-20mins. Treadmill or…
