Has anyone tried the Reducta gum? How did you find it? Its half price ATM so I'm thinking of giving it a go....

    I've not tried it, but i would guess you would be best to save your money for better things. Not sure these gimmicks, whether pills, powders, etc, ever work. Good luck with whatever path you choose.

    I just bought a package to help with my afternoon snacking addiction and hopefully reduce the portion size of my evening meal. Will let you know how it goes.

    I quit smoking with gum so why not snacking addiction too. Yes it would be great to have willpower but it's a struggle for me so will take any help.

    update - seem to be eating the same portions for lunch/dinner but my snacking has cut down but that could just be cause I am chewing gum instead of snacking

    I sometimes eat a piece of regular sugarless gum when I don't really need to eat anything but want/need some flavor in my mouth. I don't need any special gum for that.

    Is this for real? $25 for gum?

    Thought I paid too much for my $3 pack of gum, which is only 10 calories....
