Yeah, that's quite a high goal. But I believe that you can do it! Just remember to maintain it afterwards. Losing fat is a continuous process, if you slack off you might get all the lost fat again. :-)

I am currently 188lbs and is 5'3. MFP suggested I do 1,200cal per day but since I 'vowed' to exercise 4x a week, it increased to 1,220cal.
