  • Im not too picky about when I weight myself usually once every 5-10 days. If you weigh yourself everyday you can easily get discouraged and give up. I dont even keep a scale in the house that I can just jump on real quick. My only scale is through the wiifit
  • i use the android app and I love it. I havent used the iphone app. maybe someone that has used both will comment on the differences but i can tell ya the android app works very well for me Evo 4g sprint
  • I have ea sports active 2 for the wii and it is great, It can take a little getting used to but I love it. Works great when the weather is crappy and if you dont have a gym membership. I lost my first 35 lbs doing nothing but eating healthier and doing ea sports active 2 and it only took about 5 weeks to loose that amount.
  • Give it more time. Also you may want to watch the amount of sodium you are consuming a lot of tuna and sliced turkey tend to contain a lot of sodium and you could be retaining water also

  • I don't, I will just list it along with my meals like pepsi max or coke zero or no cal vitamin water. That way I can monitor how much soda im drinking too.
