  • I eat 1400 calories a day. I try very hard NOT to eat the calories burned by exercise even though when posted on myfitnesspal it will say that i have earned them back. Sticking to your allotted calories and ignoring the exercise calories will lead to quicker success.

  • Hi, Amy! I just started fitness pal two days ago. I actually joined back in March I think but didn't do anything with it until now. I am getting used to it and finding it a helpful way to track what I eat and how much I exercise. I have LOTS to lose so I'm hoping to stick with this until I am successful. Good luck to you!
