my surgery is after 2 weeks from now.. and yessss, i'm egyptian and i have the same idea of asking my surgeon to keep what he removed in a jar hahahaha… i'm very excited yet very scared!! can u plz tell me some examples of what u have in ur liquid diet?

that was inspiring, happy to hear that, my muscles are very week to do some hard exercises, i've been sedentary for my whole life! i cant do more than walking and few minutes on the elliptical, but i was in doubt that walking could really make me lose weight

so concluding it,polar ft4 and ft7 are the cheapest and yet are accurate and good enough, i got it right? do they come together the watch and the chest strap? coz i'll be getting them online, i'm not in US or europe.

Thank you, it's my second week now, i started walking, sometimes running, using elliptical, to have more flexibility, there is still some more time till i recieve the DVD, so hopefully by then my muscles will be better and got used to moving

I'm waiting for the DVD, but i got confused today i tried to make some abs exercises and pure cardio and it was like hell, i got dead from the second or third count and did not continue specially the abs exercise.. i had much more time for the cardio but i also wasn't able to continue.. so as i read the comments u r all…

I Increased the resistance far more than the one i started with and now it's giving me 100 calories after 30 minutes.. I'm just wondering if that's normal coz i think i should at least burn 100 in 15 minutes, i do that on a treadmill i actually burn 100 calories in 15 minutes, so i thought an elliptical should do more..

I'm 26, dentist, i'm new here and i need friends to encourage and motivate me lose the over 40 kgs i want to lose.. i'll add u, and i'd appreciate if anybody added me and let's lose those pounds and inches :D

i nearly lost 25 kgs, and then i gained them all back! that got me sooo down that i lost all motivation but i hate myself that way, so for me joining such a community is kinda motivating as a re-start for dieting and maybe getting some exercises as i never do! then motivation will be through easily finding clothes! :D
