I think you were doing something wrong, maybe landing incorrectly or so. I never had any of that sort of pain.

I've seen a lot of skepticism on the accuracy of HRM but anyway measuring your calories burned doesn't need to be up to a scientific standard, it just needs to give you an idea

If you lift after intense cardio your storage of sugars will be depleted and you'll end up breaking up some muscle tissue for energy which is not ideal, If they're separated by a sufficient ammount of time it won't matter which you do first

Vigerous calisthenics and circuit training seem to give about the same number. It's probably underestimating the calories but people have a tendency to underestime the calories they eat so I think it's a good idea to do the same with your workout

Hey guys, I on week 2 right now, so far I found the first day to be the hardest but it's getting easier as I learn proper form and increase my fitness level. Really enjoying it so far.
