P90x3 calories burned?

Hey all! Just wanted to see other peoples experience w/ cals burned on p90x3. I have a lifetrak c300 HRM and consistently log 200-400+ cals burned on most exercise programs, my diary is open! On the tougher programs, i.e. MMX, Accelerator, CVX, etc. I have burned 400+ cals! I have read some forums where people are not burning so much, so just wanted to see if other people are experiencing similar burns or less? Thanks!!

I have basically the same burns mine swing from 200-250 on yoga and goes up from there. My higest was about 525 on something I cant remember but prob warrior or something like that. the people burning much lower are either much lighter or not pushing themselves to their max. however usually it relates to the first one.0

I am in the last block of X3 and I just started HRM. From the readings, all my trainings are above 400 calories!!

Since the training effect is too high for me, I have been reading that I should not do more that such exercise 2 days per week and I should rest 1 to 2 days after such exercise!
I think I will take it easy after finishing this round of X3 and next round I will do 1 exercise and rest 2 days and see how it goes. Any recommendation?0 -
The duration you mention includes all the advertisement and stuff? Aren't the workouts all 30mins long?0
