Funny you mention, but the exact same thing happened to me...I joined last Saturday and this morning after my weight in I lost 6 pounds....5.9 to be exact....the past week I stopped eating junk (mostly) salt and way less sugar and I started to drink more water....so I personally think that most of it was water…
