Cool I'm in. Our company is participating in the Global Corporate Challenge so we are supposed to try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.
For June 1st I got 16,343 steps - approximately 8.17 miles.
Walked 2 miles outside before work, added extra steps to the day, parked the car further away, and walked and danced in my living for about an hour while watching TV to end the day.3 -
June 1st 19,653 steps! So close to a long time goal of 20,000.3

Hello, everybody! I have been off MyFitnessPal for a few months and I have regrets ;-) I walked 12,005 steps yesterday, which is more than usual for me. I tend to walk less on the weekends, so I'm looking for some support in that.1

I have been personally challenging myself to walk every other day and am trying to increase it to every day. This challenge seems perfect! Looking for active friends as well so if you guys want to be friends please add me!1

Thanks! I limped half a mile in 14 minutes. It was pretty painful...but I tried. Yay me.2 -
