Looking forward to increasing my daily step goal to 12000 instead of 10000.2

I am off to garden then I will walk for my twenty minutes before lunch.

Please add me to your list too please. I've been walking more the last two weeks and my current goal is to get 10K steps in each day. Have a Fitbit to keep track of them. My husband and daughter are also walking with me at night to get more steps in.2

Anyway you want to work it, it is all groovy. I like posting my numbers/walks daily. Some do it weekly.

Those are my May numbers. I guess I will try to keep it with total miles for June 350.2 -

Yard Work - trimming shrubs, fixing cracks in concrete
Did not have time for my normal morning walk, I had to get some things done. Starting to thunder now, so will just get some more steps in the basement. I do have over 10,000 steps already for the day.3 -
I limped the mile to my gym....it was about 17 minutes, but Runkeeper blew up my phone and I had to pull the battery to reset....then my trainer decided it was Butt Day. Oww, my butt.1

I'm in but most likely can't get started until next week as I'm getting over a sinus annd ear infection and bronchitis. I can post the few steps I take until I get going again though.1

Went for two twenty minute walks. Downloaded Pacer but need to sort out synching. I would estimate 5,000 steps since I walked around 2 km both times3
