This is such a positive board. According to eating 'type' I am emotional and therefore should join a slimming group. I can't stand slimming groups so you lot are my compromise and it's working! So thank you.

Totally agree - I switch days around depending on my busy work days, although sometimes its hard to decide which are the busy days! Today I worked 8 til 5 and didn't eat at all...then I'm back out at 7:30pm for a mtg til 9pm which keeps me from munching. so fd today is a doddle!

I can't see any reason at all why a walk like that would do you any harm. I was exactly the same...got complacent after 14lbs just dropped off with 5:2 last year. I will not make the same mistake again! I know I get healthy on 5:2 and lose weight easily, but that doesn't mean I can get sloppy on the 'rules'!

I had my usual b/fast - large mug of redbush tea, no limk lunch - 0 tea - my yummy homemade mushroom soup Now in bed with a redbush with milk to nurse my cold. Hoping to be better tomorrow after an early night. Ended the day on 132 cals.

I did it! I did the whole Zumba class. I'm sure I didn't work half as hard as I used to but I was sweating and red faced so I've definitely done something. Very proud of myself to have finally started back at the gym. I'm booked in for Aquafit on Thursday and Spinning/cycling the following Tuesday!
