Thank you. I don't really sit around ALL day lol.. I am a stay at home mom so I do house hold things.. If I am going by 20% less than TDEE, would I still use a lower activity level?

Thanks so much for all the ideas ladies! My biggest problem is even eating what I wan,t I'm still only eating about 1100 calories for the entire day. Where am I supposed to get another 1000 calories?!!!

I have turbo jam (love it), turbo fire ( hate it!! ) so I'm looking for something else!! I've taken a long exercise break due to a foot injury, so I'm trying to get back into doing something.. Turbo fire is too high impact for me.. Soo I'm hoping I will like Zumba!

I've had hypothyroidism for only 3 months, and have been on meds for those 3 months. I wouldn't lose any weight, actually I gained a ltitle. Then all of a sudden I lost 7 lbs. It does take a while for the meds to kick in. The Dr. told me it takes about 2-3 months to notice a difference in how I feel.

Well I get bored easily thats all... It really isn't difficult for me at all to do, yeah I'm sweating but its easy for me to do now. What I have is called 5 rockin work outs, its 2 DVDs with 5 work outs.. They are Learn & Burn, cardio party, turbo sculpt, ab sculpt, and 20 minute quick work out.

Oh and FYI, since I went back to some of my old habits ( eating what I want in moderation ) I have lost 7 lbs... I stopped counting calories about a month ago. I was so caught up in eating only healthy things. I obviously wasn't doing something right...

OMG I just got this in the mail today ( no stores around me carry this..) I wasn't expecting anything great, but it tastes so good! I got both the chocolate and regular, and both of them are good. Defiantly worth it!!

I have no problem with 100% wheat bread I actually like it.. The pasta is the killer for me. I don't like the consistency of wheat. I'm going to try the Barilla plus. thank you for the suggestions!

I had a c section 11 months ago. One day my pouch is "almost" gone, and the next its back, even bigger. haha it drives me nuts!!!!!!! I don't know what makes it go away though for good..

I'm wondering the same thing! I had a baby 10 months ago he was 10 1/2 lbs. I gained 60lbs and my belly was HUGE!!!! I still have a lower belly, and he was very low inside me. All my stretch marks are below belly button. My upper stomach is fine. So who knows!!
