Prednisone weight gain
I was on a high dose of prednisone for about 3 months... This has caused me to gain about 30lbs. Any tips on how to get the weight off?!! I have been off of the meds since Jan, and still nothing! My pants are actually getting tighter! I was hoping when I stopped the medicine the weight would come off... (haha) yeah right!!

hypothyroid ppl, monthy/weekly weight loss?

Getting sick of turbo jam, turbo fire next?
Don't get me wrong, I love turbo jam. I only like the 20 min, cardio party, and turbo sculpt. ( which is scratched adn won't work any more ) I am just getting a little bored with it. I mostly do the 20 min quick exercise. Do you guys think I should try turbo fire next??

I hate eating "clean..."
So instead of completely changing my eating habits ( like eating only egg whites, no white pasta etc...) I'm just tweaking them a little. Counting calories makes me eat more than normal
I figured out that counting calories is making me eat more then my normal eating habits ( for the past 10 yrs. ) I would skip lunch or breakfast before, and just eat dinner and I would be fine. sedentary /lightly active etc?
I am a stay at home mom so I am not working. Basically during the day I am not running around like crazy, I am making dinner, laundry, taking care of baby etc.. I have mine set to sedentary even though I exercise 30-60 mins a day about 5-6 days a week. Is this correct or should I change it to something else?

I hate strength training is it necessary?
Strength training is not my favorite thing, actually I dread it. I have a couple Jillian Michael's dvds ( 30 day shred, no more trouble zones) and I don't like them. I would much rather just do the elliptical, treadmill, or Turbo Jam. Is just doing cardio not helping me in my weight loss?
