I haven't lost any weight, but my boobs went from a DD to a C!!!!! I'm not complaining because I like them small, but why is this happening? Also jeans are fitting good, but I am annoyed because I've been the same weight for months!!

So you are losing weight, just in the boobs! My girlfriend went through the same thing. Before she saw ANY results in her waist or legs she went from a D down to a C.0

Your boobs and butt are all fat, so of course you're going to lose these first. Same thing happened to me, but it really sucks because I'm only a B now0

fat loss can be counteracted by muscle gain netting 0 on the scale or in some cases weigh gain, so if you are seeing fat loss on your body then that is good and keep on trucking.0

Make sure you are measuring the other areas of your body, as well as weighing in. If your jeans are fitting better, you've probably lost inches in your hips and thighs, as well as your lady bumps.0

That's why they say you should go by measurements and not a scale! It's easier said than done though. I'm having the same issue: scale not moving but shrinking in good places. But, I SO want to see that damn scale move! Drives me NUTS!!! :grumble:
If you are working out/strength training, it could be your are losing fat and gaining some muscle at a similar rate. So, you are transferring the weight from fat to muscle. Which IS a good thing. But, frustrating nonetheless!0 -
Thats why I my implants lol0

me too, girl! just what happens. think of it this way... wouldn't you rather have smaller pants and the same number on the scale than smaller scale number and same size pants?0 -
I don't mind at all but just drives me crazy because I'm still the same weight!! I am doing mostly cardio now, elliptical or treadmill.0

cardio is fine for short term burns but true longer term fat loss comes from weight training.0
