For those who have tried both, which do you prefer? I have the 30 day shred now and thinking about getting ripped in 30. I don't want to get it though if its just like 30 day shred... Thanks!

I have both, but haven't done either yet....but I think they are very different....0

I have both and have done both. They are similar but Ripped in 30 is much harder, in my opinion. She claims it's the hardest DVD she's ever released and believe me, it's killer!0

It's set up very similar where it's only about 25 minutes total, she does the 3-2-1 interval system, (strength, cardio, abs) etc just like Shred but she really kicks everything up a notch. There are some really tough exercises in Ripped in 30! I was wondering the same thing as you/not sure if I wanted to get Ripped if it was going to be just like Shred but I am SO GLAD I got Ripped, it's totally upped my workout and made me stronger! I can tell a difference and I'm on week 3. I had done Shred like 3 times and was getting bored with it and I barely made it through the first few days of Ripped!0

YES!! very happy! I am sore and can tell that different muscles are getting worked, and I'm stronger in different areas, etc.! My arms are shaking and feel like jello today (just finished week 3)0 -
I plan to start over at the beginning once I finish week 4 and try it all again, just to push myself and get more accurate on all the forms, etc. It's very, very good! Well worth the $13 I spent on Amazon! Hope this info helps!0

I downloaded the diet and looked through it and really, it's exactly what I'm already doing. All it is is about 1400-1500 calories a day of good/clean healthy food (salmon, whole wheats, brown rices/pastas, fruits/vegetables, protein, etc). so I didn't exactly "follow" it but it's not really some specific "diet" either, just eating healthy and staying under 1500 calories. I'm breastfeeding so I go a little higher (1600) but otherwise, I'm doing what Jillian recommends. I'm consistenly losing weekly! And yes, I know what you mean....I LOVE that feeling too!
