When the doctor told me that If I don't change my life I will not live to see my daughter grow up and also my husband got on me..said he does not want to lose me...that was when I had enough!

I have been going to the gym 5 days a week...some days I do zumba and some days cardio/weight training. I am also on a 2200 calorie diet.
