Hello everyone,

My name is Latoya. I am 29 and 5'2 and looking to lose 100lbs. I am taking a step to become healthier. I am tired of back pain, tiredness, knee pain....I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. When the doctor told me that if I continue to eat the way I did I wont make it to see my 1 year old daughter grow up...that scared the hell out of me..so im here to introduce myself and u can add me as a friend if u would like.

    I have been going to the gym 5 days a week...some days I do zumba and some days cardio/weight training. I am also on a 2200 calorie diet.
