When my ex saw me after about 5 months and just stared for a few minutes before I asked "what is it?" and his response was "you look amazing, you've lost weight." Cue beaming. :)

My music taste is always all over the map but for running and such, David Guetta, DJ Earworm remixes, Nicki Minaj, Enrique Iglesias, Kids of 88, K$sha, and Rihanna. Not stuff I would always normally listen to but definitely motivates!

I feel bad. :( I'm about to be screwing this up. I twisted my ankle (that I have broken before and have had surgery before) and it's swollen and messed up. I had done some stuff prior, but not a lot. Hopefully it heals soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been using my elliptical but my display is broken so I have no idea how many miles it is. :( I did 30 minutes though yesterday and 10 today as well as 45 minutes of other cardio related stuff that kicked my butt! And I did 20 airplanes!

I love this app. I like to mix up workouts and they are great with cool down periods and such. I really love the workouts though some are pretty intense!
