So so great!!!!! No one knows your weight, but they can tell by your clothes and apprearance that you are losing weight so I think that's what's more motivating!!!

my weight is down 2.2 lbs...so happy that my body is so forgiving of me! Now that I'm on track it's gonna just keep getting better and better!!! Have a great weekend all!!! lol...ya, all the trips to the bathroom is definately a pain!!! She better not say anything :wink: I love water...once I start drinking it my body continues to crave more...I usually get 15+ cups in a day :drinker: (water)

I agree with both of these posts & I usually eat back some of it, but not usually all of it...just look at it long term...some days you eat more than others & it always balances out in the end...some people do zig zag...you could search that & see what you think...I wish you the best!

I love this video, but yes you do have to watch your form...Jillian is more loose with her form so just watch technique. I use a 15lb Bob Harper kettlebell...which is more weight then Jillian uses :happy: I think this is a great workout...it flows well & you get a great burn & sculpting in a short period of time. It…
