Oh my god yes, don't get me started on GMOs! I try to avoid corn and soy, and anything with corn syrup. makes me sick thinking about what we eat. California is currently trying to pass Prop 34 I think its called, calling for labeling of GMOs. Of course its being vehemently shut down by the food industry and Monsanto...

Haha!! I like to use food as a spoon for this stuff. Chicken fingers, stir fry (with some peanut sauce...OMG), omeletes, any kind of potato, ramen (add to broth), and absolutely pizza.

I'm not sure your run burns are accurate unless you're sprinting the whole time. May want to lower that. Even if you are burning more, atleast you're not artificially eating more calories to make up for it
